Peugeot

I have an old Peugot bicycle and am wondering if somone can tell me how I find the model number on it. I have a Cannondale carrier attached to the handle bars and wondering if it is covering the mmodel # up? Don't see a model # anywhere else...but it says Carbolite 103 on the frame. Am trying to establish a value for the bike - considering selling or keeping...thx for any info/resources you can provide...
