Old Italian Cruiser

I have come across a very nice Italian bike, Womens cruiser style bike that may or may not be worth anything but have been told that it was brought over to Canada over 65 years ago. I am not sure of the age, it is a single speed (not fixed) had brakes great lug work, the serial number is located below the seat collar(binder bolt) it is Called a Alpina Gran Premio. If anyone can tell me anything about this bike that would be great. Thanks..

I've heard of Alpina before. Don't know that I've ever seen one in real life though.
