replacing pulleys on vintage Shimano derailleur

I have an old stag head rear derailleur that needs new pulleys (see picture). It has 10T pulleys on it now, but could I replace them with new Shimano 11T pulleys?

It will be used with a triple in front and a 9 speed 11-34 in back.
