Eisentraut
I had the good fortune of picking up a gorgeous Eisentraut at the Madison swap meet weekend before last. I was wondering if anyone in the forum could date it for me. The serial no. is
170677
Or is it possible to contact Albert and get the info from him?
Thanx!

About a year ago I was researching an Eisentraut. I telephoned his number and got the man himself. He was a little grumpy but helpful. Give it a try.
I understand his son(s) are also quite actively involved in the business .

You could call Albert in Oakland, CA, (510) 452-4485, but he has little to no interest in talking about his old work!

True. I've owned two steel Eisentraut Rainbows. I broke the first one twice and had to call him a couple of times. He is a man of few to less than few words.
