I need help ID'ing this frame

I just picked up a used frame to build a single speed/fixie and I can't identify the brand. There is a badge on the head tube that has a connected LW with horizontal lines in the background.
Does anyone know anything about this brand?
Thanks ahead of time for any help.

I think it's my turn again .........

Never seen that badge before. Almost 50 looks now and no comments, so it is either a very uncommon well-built bird, or more likely a beast since there were more of those made.

Roger's request for pictures (yes, that's plural) was a good one. You really gotta help us so we can help you if possible, so how about enlightening us and telling us if you think the frame/fork are any good, since that one photo we get to look at isn't a guide to anything except to what the badge looks like. What does it weigh? Does the headset or the bottom bracket (if it has one) have a name on it? Where are you located, as that brand might have been marketed on a local or regional level and someone may remember something re that.

Sorry for the lack of detail. I wasn't sure if there was a specific part(s) of the frame that would help in identifying it. The forks appear to be aluminum Tange (not chrome), the headset and bottom bracket are both Shimano 105's, the rear dropouts are horizontal. I'll take more pics tonight. I'm in LA so it may be a So Cal/west coast brand.
Thanks for the help.

Post some pictures of the seat cluster, lugs, BB shell and brakebridge. Many times, someone here will be able to ID a bike just on any one of the above. As for me...never seen that headbadge. Good luck.

Looks like somebody home-built to me, the brazing is just too crude looking

I for one have no clue what it is, but that fork looks sweet. What brand are the drop outs?

The only identifying marks are on the forks - dropouts have "Tange TF" one both sides. It did have posts for rear brakes to be mounted but they were ground down.
I agree the welds look sloppy but the frame is actually pretty light and it seems straight. It should work fine for my son's project bike.
Thanks again for the replies.

From the pictures and the wheel clearances i believe you have a Mt. Bike that has a new fork added and been converted to a road bike. Roger

Not enough clearance between the chainstays.

Dirtdrop you are right I was looking at the seat stays which have huge amounts of clearance. Whomever built it doesn't seem to know what they wanted to build. Roger
