Gazelle..Another Champion Mondial...But......

It was an impulse buy, but man is it pretty. I didn't even measure or ask the size before I handed over the money. Seems I'm an addict. I tried to convince the old lady that I bought it for her, but it's a 57cm and she now knows that's not her size. That'll teach me to tell her anything else relating to bikes. Well, what do you guys think?? According to the Dura ace components; it's a 1977 Champion Mondial. This baby is full Dura ace and pretty to boot. There is one thing that is weird about this bike and that is the numbers inscribed on the toptube. At first I thought they were the serial number but the BB shell has different numbers on it also. What's with this???

This is an AD !!!

Is this the new way of posting sales advertisements?
I would have done that myself yet if I would have known it's appropriate by now.
(I have something for sale myself, and pretty stuff to boot. Shall I put it in a thread here?)
I'm pretty sure you'll see me as a party-pooper now, but I thought there were rules here, and I always thought that rules were made to be applied, even if this special thread is a quite subtle and smart try of advertising.

BTW: the number on the top tube is the post code of the former owner, used as a form of theft prevention.

The numbers on the toptube is the zip code (postal code) of the former owner in Holland. This was a way to prevent theft, or make it easier to connect bike and rightful owner, once the bike was lost or stolen. The police assisted with engraving of the postal code.
