What Brand Are These Chainrings?

I bought a Campagnolo Nuovo Record Strada crankarm that has a couple of no-name chainrings on it.

The rings each have a curvy line next to the tooth number.

Anyone know what brand they are?

I believe those are Ofmega.

Otis is correct. they're Ofmega CX chainrings, also commonly marketed in N.Am. under the Avocet brand.
