Tire with wire bead attachment to clicher rim question

I figured you guys used these kinds of tires more.

I have a set of forte tires which have the wire on the sidewall which keeps them attached to a clincher rim. I was taking the tires off the rim and I bent a small part of this area. I was wondering if the tire would still be safe to use as long as they went back on again.

If anything I was going to put it on the rear anyway.

Thanks!

It's fine. Just bend it back if you want.
