Payin' it forward; `77 Schwinn in washington

I'm having a hard time finding the right frame for me, so I thought I'd bump up my karma with this offering to the C&V folks.
Picked this up for free so I'm passing it on. Schwinn sierra, all original except for the front wheel and hub(alloy araya/shimano), and the seat. Some paint chips, very light rust in the chips and on some of the components. 63cm frame.
This is in Bremerton, Washington! If you can get it, it's yours.

I would take it off of your hands, but you are on the other side of the country. Good luck.

I could get to Bremerton, but I'd just do the CL flip you are talking about so I'd feel bad taking it
