Aesthetic: Steel frame with Aero Rims?
Wanna get some new wheels for my 80s Schwinn Prologue.
Can't make up my mind whether standard rims or aero rims (deep-V?). Aero rims with large decals look super-cool when turning, but am afraid FAT RIM and THIN TUBES don't match.
What u guys with taste think?

I think Deep v's would look good. I would steer away from busy decals though.
I'm getting to be a bit embarassed by the number of times I have posted pics of my Raleigh with Deep V's so here's a link:

Depends which rims you're using if you ask me, same goes for use with modern frames...its hit and miss really! I have a low end shimano wh550 or whatever wheelset and they look bad on everything
