Paconi or Kenevans or...?

Looking for some help to identify this frame, as I'm confused. I know the decals don't mean much, especially since some say Paconi and the front says Kenevans... anyone got any clues?

Bottom bracket in Cinelli, no serial number that I can find, no other markings... HELP!? Thanks.

Cinelli lugs/bottom brackets were common fixtures used by many, many, many builders.

I think Paconi may have had something to do with subcontract work to Kenevans, but I'm not sure. Maybe it's the other way around. Either way it's an Aussie bike. I assume you are in Australia.

Am aware of this, but it does narrow down the options.

I say kevin-built, only because of the brake bridge. I've not seen that on a Ken-built, but have seen a few paconis with similar.

Yeah, I've also seen Paconi's with this brake bridge.

Cheers Erle!
