Centurian Ironman Master 1987?

Here it is cleaned up, or as clean as I can get it. I'm going to ride it as is then strip it and paint it over the winter. Getting those decals recreated will be the big challenge. I can't tell what year it is - there's so much white paint sprayed on it I can't make anything out. I think it's an 87?

1987? Centurion Dave Scott Ironman Master - White / Purple
I measured the downtube to be about 22" or 56cm? (not sure how to measure)
It has:
Shimano 600 brake levers, brake hood covers, Brakes, 515 shifter levers, front and rear derailleur, pedals (triangle shaped) and crank arms.
Biopace 53 & 42 gears.
Turbo saddle
Nitto B115 420 handlebar
Araya 700C Super Hard CTL-370 front wheel
Matrix ISO C11 7000 back wheel
specialized transition 700x 20c tires

Also, 1 red reflector and bracket on the back. None on the spokes or on the front and 1 quart of white paint just slopped or sprayed on just about everything. I've been scrapping it off where I can with my finger.
The Turbo saddle is no longer black. It's more of a worn brown. I washed it but it tends to absorb water now. It's actually pretty comfortable... I bought a shiny new Gel seat but I think if I push it back more it'll be perfect. Was it originally leather? It should be easy to have it recovered. I don't know what it said on the back? It says Turbo on the sides.
It came with the original Shimano pedals. I don't have the shoes but put them on in place of the rusty aftermarket pedals it came with. I was surprised how well my sneaker stayed on them. I bought a set of MKS Sylvan Track pedals. Again, I'm doing fine with the Shimanos... guess I'll keep those on the shelf as well. It's hard to put the new stuff on - doesn't seem "correct".
I snapped the shifter cable for the rear derailluer (there wasn't a gear lower than 1!) so the black cable is new.
I'm having a blast with it. I think of it as a 60's musclecar and want to get all original or NOS parts for it. It looks like I need the 2 water bottle racks and a rear wheel. Getting the paint right will be tough but I'm sure a good shop can recreate it. I'm looking into a graphics place that can recreate the decals - or worse case - have them painted on.
Any help getting or advice is greatly appreciated!

Your pictures are over 100k. Best to host them on a third-party website and display them here as images.

Lots of Centurion owners here. Even a serial number database you can add yours to.

here's a link to the pictures.

The Master decal is on the top tube - automatically an 87?
There's a close-up of the front forks, can you tell me if they're TIG welded?

Everything works great on it so all I need to get it stock is a rear wheel and 2 water bottle cages. That shouldn't be TOO expensive? right? ;-)
I guess I'll find out. Like you say patience is key...
Did yours come with any other reflectors besides the red rear? It seems like they're missing here. I'd like to see a catalog picture for an accurate view of what it came with.

J Mazz's Ironman is a 1988 model. All components appear to be original. The missing toe clips are going to be hard to acquire.

Confirmed - I chipped away some of the extra paint and it had the 8 as the 2nd digit of the serial number!

Thanks to everyone... I'll add the toe clips to the rear Araya and 2 white water bottle cages. not too bad.
Are those the original tires? Specialized Transition?
