If you have the aluminum holder, it looks like the Campy Replacement Pad would fit into it; that'd be the most appropriate looking option. Otherwise the Continentals would look pretty close. But any of the ones with a threaded stem should fit.

check out these on eBay: https://cgi.ebay.com/Kool-Stop-Brake-...em360092114973
A good reliable seller who ships fast and the prices are reasonable. Also available in the Salmon color from this seller. Made for Campagnolo Nuovo & Super Record replacements, the pads are 40 mm long. If you have a shorter holder (or your existing metal holders have closed sides all the way around) you can usually just snap off one end by grabbing it with a pliers and bending back and forth a couple times... and then let the pads extend out a couple millimeters.
If you're not confined to Kool Stop... Jagwire makes an inexpensive Weinmann "WX" style pad which Jagwire calls the "X-caliper" these are a copy of what Weinmann sold from the 1970s to the late 1990s and they include the pads, metal holders nuts and threaded bolts to replace the entire unit on the brake caliper. I use them on several bikes and they seem to last long and function just fine.
