So as I said in th oter post, I found this in the garbage, it rides, and is just about mint shape, but theres a few problems, the chain looks to big, it hangs loosely, the seat hurts me arse lol, tires are fine but i'd rather new, Should I put my High end Bianchi parts onto this bike? Bianchi wont be finished for a while, it's going to sleep for the winter now, then spring with fresh power coat, also, I've never really used a helmet, most my bikes where slow mountain bikes, however I was riding this today and I don't feel safe lol but heres some pics, i'll to some Bike porn shots later of it for you guys. lol

If the chain hangs loosely, chances are the rear dérailleur pivot springs are gunked up and not tensioning properly. Hose the RD joints down with something like WD-40 and work them a bit. I'll bet it solves that problem.

Moving the Bianchi parts over is up to you. The Miyata 90 was a lower-end bike, so it will be fairly heavy as it sits. Personally, I'd strip it, clean/overhaul it , and then re-assemble and ride it for a while to evaluate. Then I'd plan upgrades.

make it into a fixed/ss.. then if it gets stolen while you are running errands or whatever, you won't be too upset. Fixed will help with your spinning??
