And for a build I would go with the polished Centaur, Ambrosio 45mm carbon rims, Cinelli bars and stem and the hipster doofus in me wants the new Unicator for a seat.

I think it means aluminum headbadge. I could be wrong, translations can be difficult.

While I do agree with you about the fork, I think they did a great job mixing old and new with the fastback stays, the monotone old logo headbadge and understated graphics. That goes great with the modern tubing and geometry.

I disagree completely with those wanting a steel fork. It would totally defeat the purpose, what does every new bike come with? Carbon, you can't beat it where the fork is concerned. Steel would be oh so much heavier and then this frame would not be competitive with alluminum which is what it is meant to be.

But the buyer of this frame is not racing it. I read it weighs in at 3 lbs. 9 oz. while the estrada is 2 pounds even. Also, it ain't cheap, I don't think a buyer would want to wreck it.
