Need Info on a Schwinn World
I bought this project bike the other day for my fiance for $50. It came with alloy wheels that I believe are original. I think I am going to strip the paint and rattle can it. I am very curious as to what year it is and its quality level. Sorry for the low quality pics, I had to use my cell phone.
There are two numbers stamped on the bottom bracket:
GE841801
68Q5

It's a 1988 World. These are entry level bikes. Yours is "Aquamarine" instead of the "Racing Red/Glacial White Fade".
