Cable stop for Suntour Superbe

I ordered a Suntour Superbe Front derailleur off eBay and received it missing its cable stop.

fortunately the seller is a nice guy and is gonna refund my money. Is there a place I can get a new cable stop or something I can make a reasonable replacement out of (doubtful) or does anyone have a spare sitting around they'd like to part with?

I've heard previously that in general when you lose the cable stop for these kinda of things they become useless.

Are you referring to the cable anchor bolt? If so, I could take a look at my box of front derailleurs and see if I have something in the way of a Suntour piece that might work... wouldn't be Superbe.

Did you ever sort this out ? I have exactly the same problem with a Suntour Cyclone front mech.

He hasn't logged on since 2009, so odds are that you won't get a response.

Try checking your local bike co-op.
