1986 Centurion Le Mans RS -- I'm in love!!

I just got back from the Tucson Bike Swap where I found this 1986 Centurion Le Mans RS. It still had the brochure and warranty form hanging off the frame. It appears to never have been ridden or if so, just inside on a trainer (which might explain the computer speedo hookup). It's utterly perfect and rides so nice I almost cry.

Anyway, I'm so freakin' happy I just wanted to post and show it off!

Nice catch. Very sharp looking with the red and white paint treatment.

Nice find. Are you sure those quick releases are engaged properly? It could be photo distortion, but it looks like the curvature is concave rather than convex. Though I'm not sure how they could possibly secure that way.

That's just photo distortion -- the quick releases are fine!

Wow, got you a rare find there.

Hope you enjoy your Le Mans RS as much as I enjoy my Centurian 'Elite RS'.

Wow, just stumbled upon this thread years later, and just wanted to say: amazing find. I've had that exact bike since I got it in 86/87, and it's still running with nothing but new tires, pedals, grip tape, and a chain. Hope you're still enjoying it!
