PM me an address and I'll send you some mail.... The one I have is the metal claw w/ a small bolt that passes through the frame just behind and above the rear axle slots (on drive side).

Depending on your definition of wide tires... finding something that is lugged with clearance for actual wide tires (37mm and up by my definition) is going to be very difficult... finding something tigged and newer on the other hand is much more feasible. Think trek 520 1990s era etc..

I thought that the 560 and 560EX bikes were racing bikes. I don't even think that they had eyelets for fenders/racks... Are you sure you are not thinking 520? And yes Trek had a mighty confusing model numbering system

83 Trek 520 with some cosmetic problems around the DT shifter boss (including a split-pea sized ding on the bottom side of the tube visible in the third photo) and chainstays near the bb shell. Fender bosses front and back, set up for 27" wheels and nutted brakes. I had planned on sending it up to Matt Assenmacher for repair, addition of canti bosses and a cold set of the rear triangle to 130mm, but I've got way too many other projects in line ahead of it. It came to me with a repaint on the fork, seatpost and stem. It's your size range so shoot me a PM if you're interested.

E, I really don't know. It has a ton of clearance, though. I stripped it so fast, I really didn't check for eyelets, and I'm too lazy right now to go to the garage....

i have a 1988 61cm 560, and indeed it is a racing frame with barely enough clearance for 27mm tires and no eyelets (see photos in signature link). the 520 has the clearance and the touring geometry. i'm actually trying to sell my 560 to fund the purchase of a touring frameset + parts.

I am looking for this GB stem, in the ballpark of 90mm long. The one I have now is 130 and it just feels wrong.

"Suntour Cyclone MII RD for a restoration." I do believe I'm your salvation on this one, RT. I've got one that is pretty much NOS.

Robbie, I have a Shimano double? BB, square taper, that may work for you, if "arranged" doesn't.

I'm looking for the adaptors that let you use regular pedals with shimano dyna drive cranks, the oversized pedal axle ones. Man, I really should have snagged that last set that came up on ebay, I haven't seen another pair in months!
