Steel is real, baby!
ISO:
Friction Bar End Shifter for right side (rear). All black would be ideal, but not a necessity. Pretty much any brand will do. Need a cheap one!
Indexed would be OK too, if it can be switched to friction.

yes they did make both or all three, friction, retrofriction, aka "Doppler" and Synchro (lest we forget). however it can be a bit difficult to tell the difference especially if installed. the retrofriction do not have the typical 'nylon' pressure washer. if you gents like I can try and scan the parts/service catalog again.
I think the ones in rat fink's ebay may be retrofriction. and these in the pic regular friction. the most notable difference being the shape of the washer at the mounting screw.

OMG!!! what a goof *embarrassed* there is a nylon washer in there this pair is friction. OY!

WTT: Campagnolo sealed BB, 111mm spindle length, BSC threading (1.37" x 24tpi) installed but not a lot of use, bearings still pretty smooth, threads are good.
here's pics of the actual BB, still don't know the exact model or year, but it came with a Chorus crankset
will swap for: a Shimano or compatible BB unit with BSC/ISO threading, 68mm width and JIS taper that will work with a triple crank...I'm guessing 118mm spindle length but not certain.
-OR-
a Campy cassette lockring for 97-99 hub, this has a 26mm thread OD
Edit: got the lockring...still have the BB for trade

I don't think they made many models of those. the only real polished one that comes to mind is the Delts XL but they were real light and pricy.
I did a bit of looking they did make several but as I said the only one I recalled was the Delta. we mostly sold Mavic and Ambrosio clinchers.
here area few Lambdas https://cgi.ebay.com/2-Campagnolo-Lam...item335b4b3cc5

Thanks for the info. Mine were very shiny, almost identical in finish to my Vento's, but not as deep....
