NEED: quill stem to fit Nishiki International fork. I have all the parts ready and my SR stem does not fit. The Nishiki fork steerer is 15cm and seems to be 21mm inside diameter.
alternate headset 1", threaded (italian maybe?)

Of course the anodized alloy fork I have that matches and fits has some alternative threading. It's Sakae so that does not make sense. The 7 or 8 stems I have are all the same size. I also donated another fork and one of the Schwinn oddball sized stems that might have fit!

HAVE:

Lots of drop bars, alloy, silver. One Cinelli alloy black,
Brown leather saddle.
27.0 Lapride seatpost
27.2 short silver fluted seatpost
lots of quill stems, Pivo and SR
ask...

Rob, the Nishiki requires a 13/16" stem. You can still find headsets as they were common on BMX bikes.

I have an 80mm, 21.15mm diameter Compe stem, but I'd like to hold on to it as there's a Nishiki Int'l at my LBS I may built up for my old man.

PM Banjomole. I sent him an SR 80mm 21.15mm stem some time ago and I think he was trying to sell it recently.

Otherwise, here's one, and short Schwinn stem, and another, and another. I have a really tall Wald stem that'll work for you, but it has no wedge at present. It's yours for the price of shipping.

Early to mid-70s Internationals are the ones I've encountered with 13/16" internal diameter steerer.

I have a Hercules that I'm parting out. Not sure if the chainguard will work, but it might.

OH you tricked me!! a '90s crankset likely would not be Victory. the Racing Triple was a '90s thing, in the '80s the Triple Vic/Tri were called leasure

I have a 8spd hub sans axle but it is yours for postage if you want it.

are you 600 shifters for the standard type boss with the square boss or for the funky round shimano bosses? if so do they have the 4.5 screws?

I believe I have a black Raleigh hockey-stick-style chainguard. I have to check on how it connects. Are you looking for the kind that attaches to tabs on the seat and downtube and a clamp on the chainstay or the kind with all clamps?

ISO: French Threaded Pedals. Not picky about brand/type. With Toe Clips would be nice but not necessary.

Have: Newish MKS ISO threaded pedals.

There is a very cute children's book from the 40's or so called "Henry's Wagon" in which the title character repaints his wagon by hand. Literally. Remind me to show it to you next time you're at my house!

Shimano 600 cranks, FD, RD
AX would be cool, not really picky. Just need a mini group for a prologue i grabbed.
Will consider Gipiemme, or maybe suntour too if you have a few matched parts sitting around.
Thanks

Anyone have a Suntour AG rear derailleur in lightly-used condition? The one the Disraeli Gears guy describes, accurately, as "a huge, crude rock crusher of a derailleur." I'm very happy with the bizarre double setup I have--47-36 in front and 14-38 in back--but my current AG is very worn and floppy. There's a lot of play in the cage, so shifting is pretty imprecise, plus it doesn't track as it should. The cage angles in toward the wheel as is does if the hanger has been bent. Hanger is not bent, though. The derailleur isn't bent, either, just floppy.
I have other derailleurs of various kinds and other trade goods.

jon - I have several AG rear derailleurs in good condition.

As of today am looking for a front and rear Campagnolo NR derailleur in reasonable working condition (when do they not work ?) for a recently acquired bike.

Have all kinds of stuff... just ask and I might have it.

I'm looking for the cage spring for this Shimano 600 RD. Seems a shame to toss it without trying to give it new life. Have various small parts to trade.
