I only know of two manufacturers that make a crank longer than 180 and they are
1. Surly up to 185
2. T.A. Specialties up to 185
If you know of others please let me in! Who are they?
I have 185mm TA Carminas on my road bike, I like them very much. I wouldn't mind a set of surlys for the touring bike but they are a little pricey, I'll live with my 180 ritchey (suginos) for now.

ISO/WTB - Ferrules for Gran Compe brake levers. I have a set of cheapies that will work (from a *-Mart brake cable set) but I would rather have the right ones eventually.
I don't know if all Gran Compes were the same, so for reference, the cheapies fit two different sizes, and the smaller size is the one that fits the Gran Compe levers I have.
Willing to trade for other small parts from my parts bin, or ???
I will be posting items for trade in the next month or two, once I figure out what I have to put on the block, along with what else I am looking for.

The one on the left is like mine... I think I saw in a search a reference to a threaded ferrule too... so I looked closely to determine that mine isn't threaded. 
EDIT: Now looking at the rest of your photo essay, I see that I do need the threaded ferrule... to be "correct".

my brain is fried these days. I meant to say two manufacturers who make a production crank over 180. I know zinn and several others do custom but honestly I think zinn is a bit of a nutter. 185 is good for me and I sure wouldn't want to put anything over 190 on a a frame with conventional BB drop.
Why not use a crank longer than 190mm on a conventional frame? Because of the likelihood of clipping a pedal?

Shimano Bottom Bracket Needed
Last week I posted that I was seeking several Shimano 600 EX Abaresque components for my Giant road bike rebuild, post # 1534 on page 62 of this thread.
I also need to find a Shimano bottom bracket, English thread 68-W-116, Shimano p/n BB-6207, to properly complete this rebuild. NOS would be preferred, but I would gladly accept one in used, very good to excellant condition. Below is a picture of the BB taken from the Velobase web site.

That, and longer cranks put more strain on your knees. It might not seem to matter when you're young and flexible, but you may change your mind later in life, and by then the damage is already done.
