Need: the clamps for a pair of DiaCompe Aero brake levers (similar to pic shown from Velobase.com). These use a clamp with a threaded stud and an Allen bolt that screws over the stud (not a regular nut nor a machine screw). Size to fit standard drop bars, need 2 clamps and 2 bolts.
Have: other clamps, other levers, lots of small parts...just name something that's worth about the same.

I have Weinmann 605 set up. Calipers and pulls are excellent, complete and absolutely usable.

Hoods are original, complete and fragile (becoming brittle).

If interested, let me know. Trades OK but I can't use the Shimano items.

Looming cross-country/possible overseas move has me needing to pare down my bike parts collection considerably. Got pics of everything if something strikes your fancy. I really only have one project in the works, so I am looking for a few things, but you've got something particularly nice or valuable to trade for several items of mine, thus reducing the volume of parts in my bin, I would be quite interested.

WANT:

130 bcd tripleizer
Brooks B17
700c touring wheelset
Tektro-style aero levers (QR button, sprung levers)
BB spindle 68 x ~119 mm
Suntour superbe Pro brakes, levers, hubs

HAVE:
Brakes
Shimano 600 side pulls, recessed (no barrel adjusters)
Universal center pulls with levers, some rust
Lambert levers with 1/2 hoods
Weinmann QR levers with white Carlton hoods

Shifters
Simplex retrofrictions, open ends, DT mount
Shimano bar-ends with spiral cable
Campy 8s indexed DT
Suntour 6s Accushift (part of group)

Derailleurs
Suntour Accushift alpha, FD and RD (part of group)
Shimano 500 RD
Shimano 600 RD
Suntour Accushift alpha 4050 RD
Bullseye sealed-bearing jockey wheels, blue

Freewheels
Sachs 6s 13/24
Suntour alpha 6s 13/24 (part of group)

Cranks
Campy record 165mm set with 52/42 rings
Benotto Pantographed Nervar cranks, 52/42 rings
Sugino Super Mighty DS spider only, 52/44 drilled rings
Sugino GP 130 triple arms, 170 mm, no rings
Sugino cycloid rings 52 and 42, 130 bcd
SR round ring, 53t, 130 bcd
Unmarked 170 mm non-DS arm, silver alloy
Campy stratos arms with cracked spider

Wheels and rims
Mavic MA 40 700c clincher rim laced to Suntour superbe pro hub, 7s freewheel, 36h, 2/1.8/2 DT spokes
Weinmann alloy clincher rim, 27x1 1/4, laced to Normandy HF hub with Atom skewer
Mavic GP4 rims, 2 new label, 1 old label
Araya gold tubular with semi-matching unlabeled mate
Countach tubular rim
Sturmey-archer steel clincher rims, 27x1 1/4

QR Skewers
4 Atom front, 1 complete
Maillard/Spidel rear
Campy curved super record
Campy Chorus/Athena?

And the rest...
Wright's leather saddle
Selle San Marco Concor suede saddle
Sugino BB, 115 mm spindle, English-threaded cups w/ bearings
Brampton english-threaded BB cups
Normandy HF front hub, complete

If it looks good, let me know!

Looking for a matching front fender for this bike. Bike is a 1969? Raleigh-made Hercules. An old Raleigh Sports front fender would be a match. Thanks!

Get a Park two-prong Suntour remover, chuck it in the vise, and file off about 1/16" on either side of the tabs. Presto, one Regina remover.

Also works for TDC freewheels (common on old Raleigh's). Don't forget to hold the tool in place with a QR skewer or axle nut.

I have a set of 26' Tandem Touring wheels

I've got a set of nice newish 26" mountain tandem/tour wheels. They're made for road tires but are spoked up beefy for a tandem. Not "Blingy" but Bomb-proof. I don't remeber what I paid for them. Was going to see if they'd work on my 70's Motobecane tandem, but decided to keep it like it was.

WTT: 58cm Schwinn Prelude frame/fork, Columbus Tenax, the usual nicks and scratches.

Trade for similar 54 or 56cm frame with 126mm rear, eyelets, 1" English headset threads, and English BB. I bought the 58 to use as a grocery bike, but even though that would be my normal road size, it's too big with the tires I've got on it (700x35). Cosmetic condition unimportant, I want it to be a nice riding frame with an innocuous look so the miscreants ignore it.

I'm in the western Philadelphia suburbs. PM or email if you can help!

Thanks,

Pete
