Where in NJ? I could probably drive to the store.

ISO reasonably priced (and reasonably straight, ha-ha) alloy front fork to fit a Cannondale frame. 1" threaded stem, stem must be 200mm (can be more, I can trim), top 25mm threaded. Geometry not critical, as anything a little more relaxed than the nearly vertical Criterium geometry would probably be appreciated by the next owner. Standard center brake mount hole in the crown- no canti's.

Color not an issue as it will wind up stripped and powder coated like the frame with which it will ultimately be joined in holy bikerimony.

Have: Many bike saddles, good karma....

Already sent a PM to 5cagm as his Miyata fork may be a match...we shall see.

I crashed my bike! I need a steel frame with 126mm rear spacing (circa 1988!).

Ideally, I'd like a bike with:

ST: 53-54 (c-c)
TT: 55-56

But I know that beggars can't be choosers, so let me know what you've got! My old bike was made of Tange Prestige, and I loved the ride, but I'll consider almost anything. Let me know.

I have some stuff to trade. Plus other stuff...

ISO: Raleigh Self-Adjusting Brake Mechanism

Like the title says. I need one complete mechanism; black plastic housing, retaining clip and internal pieces. Part looks like that shown in picture below from a current e-bay action. I don't need the lever, but will consider taking that as well.

Have:

various Shimano and Suntour derailleurs and other bits.

ISO:
Campy 7-sp shifter insert, without the big distance from the "rest" position to the first shift. NOT the one pictured, which has the big gap. Mine doesn't seem to be compatible with the Regina America 7-sp freewheel. The insert is blue, and has 6 evenly-spaced indents fairly close to the "rest" indent. My insert has the 6 indents about double the normal gap from the "rest" indent.
OR...
Campy 7-sp freewheel.
OR....
A spacer to put between the outside cog of that Regina America and the 2nd cog so the insert I have works better. Right now, it's being used in friction mode, because it's jumping over the 2nd cog. I don't have the bike here, but an experienced mechanic gave the options above.

Have:
The 7-sp insert that is compatible with a Campy freewheel. (pictured)
The 7-sp Regina America freewheel

If I have to, I may move them back to 6-sp, but it has basically the same situation, the gap between the outside cog and the 2nd cog is a bit wider than the others.

UPDATE:
I don't think the swap to a "B" insert will help, still searching, though. The group's former owner knows his stuff, said it worked fine as is, just a very tedious process to dial in the RD adjustment. I believe him. The B doesn't look that much different from the "A" Any suggestions?

Here it goes (and I am crazy enough to try to restore a 1987 Trek to original condition, but this is my wantlist so far):

ISO:

SR Custom Alloy Bars (390mm) I can probably cannibalize a cheap bike for those, but I am not sure that I want to do that at this point

Vetta Anatomic Ultra saddle NOS (yeah, good luck)

Shimano Z-525 hooded brakes (that's a biggie and I am willing to trade you big for those. Black hoods)

Have:

Profile design aero alloy quil stem 160 mm (black)
ITM Millenium bar; black/alloy/featherlite
Synchros Altura quill Stem (black, that's about 160mm as well; I will measure if interested)
Miscalleneous Shimano 600 6207 and 6208 components and some 105
a couple of last century slightly used 'anatomical' saddles
a really cool very light almost straightline alloy handlebar (chrome - no ID) that I almost thought twice about installing into my cross bike
a couple of probably basic brake levers for a cross or mountain bike (black - wouldn't check twice the maker, they work great)
an old skool blackburn MB-1 rack
lots of pedals and straps
and a lot of wheel and body reflector blink I do not care about
