Still looking for Sachs Quarz cantilever brakes (1 wheels worth, 2 maybe) and a Quarz crankset in great condition. Could also be interested in hubs (non-disc) or wheelset.

Hugh Thornton of World Cycle Decals in England was selling them, but he had some sort of problem with them and has pulled production until he fixes it.

ISO: Schwinn Sportabout or Continental tubular fork. Prefer the "Sunburst Orange" color of the Sportabout if you have it. The fork on my bike is pretty badly bent. Here's an example:

Dimensions are 21" tall overall, about 5 1/4" steerer tube height, and 1" steerer tube diameter.

I need a 27.0 seatpost for my Trek 400. Every piece of lit says they take 27.2 but not this one. I've even had it checked at a vintage friendly shop and they concur. It's a 27.

If anyone has an SR, I would like to trade stuff with you ! Flutted would be great.

Let me know, Thanks. 3speedslow

I have a Stronglight 99 crankset--the newer version that takes a standard puller--with 170 arms that I'd like to trade for a Stronglight 93 with 170 or 175 arms. No chainrings included or sought, just the arms themselves.

I had the same problem with a 1989 Trek 420.. Even though it has the investment cast Trek lugs and everything I read said a 27.2, I ended up using 27.0

I am in need of a set of reasonably modern tubulars for the upcoming cyclocross season, 130 spaced/shimano compatible. I have tires (in fact I have rims and hubs too but no time/not enough experience to build them).

For trade I have this Cannondale

I'd like to do Frame/Fork/105 Headset but will gladly include more parts depending on the wheels.

It is around a 53 (I'm about 5'6" with short legs), the Cranks are 600 tricolor, brakes are Ultegra front single pivot 105 rear with tektro levers, 7 speed tricolor DT shifters, 105 RD, Nitto bars/shimmed 95mm Cinelli stem.

It is in reasonable shape for a 1987, chips in the paint etc and is ridden regularly but I really need a set of race wheels. The wheels need to be ready to go, straight and true with good spinning hubs. Purple l;label GP4 to Shimano 600 hubs would be perfect.

ISO: Anyone have a long forgotten vintage team BIC water bottle (orange or white)? Any condition considered. I can make a fakey without much trouble using a current BIC pen packaging label sticker but..... too tacky.

Trade or let me know your needs. Thnx

Shogun Selectra frame in that sweet pink 80's color, preferably in the 58cm and up range, my big bro had one in early 90's and he crashed after he forgot to lock the front quick release. bent the crap out of the forks/frame. hasn't really ridden a bike since, i want to build one up for him.. hopefully exercise the demons too...

i have a bunch of stuff even a painted 55cm gitane frame possibly a tdf..

Length doesn't matter. I have a pantographed stem which I love, I'd just cannibalize the parts for it

Sad. Lol. I've got a pretty nice 130mm. I guess killing a 130 would be better than killing a 90. Ha.

ISO: 57-58cm touring/sport touring bike with 56-57cm top tube. Fender/rack compatible, bonus points for a kickstand plate. Doesn't need canti brakes. Would prefer 700c. Something like a Miyata 610 would be perfect.

Have: Nitto rack/bars/other parts/misc.
