I posted this elsewhere, but...
I have, never mounted clinchers:
* qty(4) WTB 26" 32h Powerbeam rims, NOS
* qty(1) Sun 700c 24h Venus rim, NOS - have a modern, slightly used Bontrager hub for this one.
* qty(1) Sun 700c 18h Venus rim, NOS - no hub for this one, but could use every other hole on a 36h hub if you wanted
* lotsa front derailleurs
* other stuff, what are you looking for?
I need:
* qty(2) 36h 700c rims of decent quality, not a brand snob but want rims that have never been strung or NOS. Clinchers only.
I like to trade two for two if I can. I will post pics later, they are posted in that rim trade thread here, scroll down a ways for mine:

Wanted: a serviceable 26.6 mm seatpost with integrated clamp (not a pipe-type post). Something like a Kalloy would be fine. I have a well-used 27.2 post and other trade goods.

1) chorus headset fork race (has rubber washer).
2)black colored seat post binder bolt. Never knew who made them, 1975 ish, they had knurled outer rim, allen wrench inside. Not cobra alloy just black. Though would be happy with any version of it.
I have: lots of bits and pieces (parts too) nuovo and super record, old tubular race and training wheels from 70s - 80s.
Thanks, Eric

Here is a chance to clean out your old parts bin. I plan to travel to Tuscany next year with a friend to ride the vintage bike L'Eroica "race". The quasi-loose requirement for this event is that the bike and clothing must be pre 1987. I'm trying to rebuild my Schwinn Paramount and custom Marinoni to be as close to period authentic as I can. Over the years I added index shifting and some more modern equipment to them. I've had some luck but looking for:
Size 46 shoes (leather with laces). Prefer late 80's shoes that are pre drilled for Look cleats (Detto Pietro made some) as they will accept some bolt on reproduction slotted cleats
Campagnolo SR (or equivalent) pedals with decent bearing and unbent axels. If they have long toe clips and straps that's a plus, as I'm looking for those too.
14-32 freewheel for 120 spaced hubs (ie Suntour Winner)
1980's vintage saddle (ie Concor)
Gloves - size large with woven mesh
Willing to trade or buy.

+1 Nashbar gloves. Can't beat that deal with a stick. My wife has used them for a vintage ride we do. Just what the Dr ordered.

If I wasn't so jealous of you going to L'Eroica, I'd dig out some old gloves. Kidding, but I think I mailed my Nashbar set to someone with some parts.

For just one wheel, you can help save a Trek
Trek 1400 by Eat More Plants1, on Flickr
So I convinced myself a while back that I was going to be on the lookout for a winter beater. This early 90s-ish Trek 1400 was on the side of the road with a "free--scrap aluminum" post-it note on the top tube. Since I can't help myself, I scooped it right up. It came with full, and I mean full, 105, which is in really good condition, and some other cool stuff (one of those "buzz off" saddles, a nice Modolo handlebar), so if this whole "bonded aluminum" thing doesn't work out, I will have a nice group to stick on another frame.
At any rate, the other thing the Trek came with was a taco'd beyond repair rear wheel. The 105 7-speed cassette (I think? It has a lockring so I figured it's a cassette. Right?) appears to be in great shape, but the wheel, which was a replacement Araya anyway, is trash. The original front, a Matrix Iso C-II, with that nice anodized finish, is in great shape.
----Does anyone out there have a 126mm Matrix Iso C-II rear wheel that doesn't have a home? I know I can find any old 700c wheel to slap on there, but even though it's going to be a winter beater, I kinda want them to match, at least somewhat.---
Thanks for listening!
P.S. If anyone by chance has the top plastic headset dust cap, I'd be over the moon. I didn't know it was plastic when I took my torch to the nearly fused stem/fork combo.

Trade my Triple Crank for your Double Crank!
ISO: 175 mm right double crank arm, 130 BCD, square JIS taper. Chainrings not necessary. Prefer Shimano 105 to match my 1990's group (FC-1056 for those who are anal like me), but also not necessary.
WTT: Shimano 105 (FC-1057) 175 mm right triple crank arm, 130 BCD with inner 74 mm BCD (I think). Includes the inner 20t chainring.
Hey @PugRider, surely you want to build up that Trek with a triple, right? Sweet score!!

Does anyone have a functional, competant set of 36 hole hubs available that they would like to part with? This will be my first attempt at wheelbuilding so I do not want to go overboard. I have Avaya alloy rims that I took off of wheels that someone was throwing in the trash.

@whatwolf, we just need someone with your sugino crank who wants my 175 mm crank instead and we've got a ménage a trois!
