The wheels that came with my Atala project bike consist of a set of Campy Grand Sport hubs, rusty spokes, and HEAVY steel wheels. The plan is to use new spokes to lace the existing hubs to a different set of rims. So, in a long winded explanation, I just need rims. Unless the price on a complete set of wheels was right.

Answering posts while on a ride? That is devotion! (or something).
But you're doing better than I am. I'm not even riding today.

Best regards, Eric

We stopped for coffee. Made on our own cook stove of course.

Was a great day for a ride down at the river. The temp at ride time was near 42 degrees.

Want nine or 10 speed Ultegra, DA or 105 RD in similar condition. These have a few scratches from my dog taking me out at slow roll. but under 3000 miles. Adding Lambert-TA crank, also have matching threaded BB. Derailleur is super tight and shifts excellent. I just want to run 10 speed

ISO: Brodie Fork Arch for Rock Shox Mag, prefer black.

Amp seat stay brace for early (c.1993) amp rear suspension. Black or silver

Have: not a ton these days but some choice vintage MTB stuff, a few sets of cantilever brakes and some XT derailleurs, a few road bits... I am sure we can find something you are after.

Thanks

I am curious if MTB components show up in the C&V ISO thread, I am looking for late 90's Shimano XT / XTR components. 750/950 ideally. Thought I would ask here before looking elsewhere, I like dealing with you all much better.

My 'trade' stash is a little thin but I have a wide range of stuff.

I don't think this should be too hard to find, so hoping someone can work a trade:

ISO--
Suntour Accushift type front and rear derailleurs--
rear, need longer cage
front, need the wider diameter clamp for vintage cannondale-- ideally for a triple
I'd consider some corresponding brakes, but not essential.

I have a slew of smaller stuff like this, so hopefully we could work a deal. PM me and we can talk. thanks!

Let me check the crank arm length.
I have an orphaned 1056 double, with rings, and the BB
UPDATE: The crank arms are 170mm.

If I can still help, let me know.

Mountaindave, I'm closer at 172.5, have both the drive and non drive side arms. Let me know if that would work for you.

Mnm, have an '87-ish Alpha3000 setup from a Cannondale ST: long cage RD, triple FD with 31.8 clamp, indexed shifters, plus front and rear nutted DC brake set and matching levers. All of it works, none of it's super pretty rights now but all of it should clean up and polish just fine.

If you have any interesting Shimano mid-late 80's stuff that would be nice, otherwise yours for the cost of postage.

Happy holidays, all! Do any of my BF amici happen to have an odd plastic dust cover for a Gran Sport pedal? I'm working on a 1983 Trek 640 project, and this was the only "bit" that was missing when it came to me. Here's its mate from the other pedal:

It's for a rider, so I'm looking for functional, not perfect condition. If you have one languishing in a dark drawer in your shop, kindly PM me. I'm sure we can work out a fair exchange, and then your lonely dust cap can spend its life spinning at a stately cadence along one of the favorite routes near my home, rather than failing to realize its true potential. Thanks, and I hope all are soon to enjoy great times with friends and family.

MKS dustcaps fit Campy pedals (and dustcap wrenches) and are readily available at reasonable cost:

https://www.benscycle.com/p-4220-mks...lso-campy.aspx

If you don't like the MKS logo, it doesn't take long to get rid of it with a file and some fine sandpaper.
