Mnm, have an '87-ish Alpha3000 setup from a Cannondale ST: long cage RD, triple FD with 31.8 clamp, indexed shifters, plus front and rear nutted DC brake set and matching levers. All of it works, none of it's super pretty rights now but all of it should clean up and polish just fine.
If you have any interesting Shimano mid-late 80's stuff that would be nice, otherwise yours for the cost of postage.

I need a Raleigh Sports fork with an 8" steerer. In root beer brown if possible, but any color is OK.
Have wads of cash and a box of junk. -- Edit: Scratch the cash, I have a Sturmey Archer X-RD5(W) drum brake 5 speed hub with shifter that I'll trade. If someone has a set of Sports fenders to throw into the trade that would be nice.

ISO: Shimano SH71 cleats
I recently picked up a bike that has Dura Ace model 7410 SPD pedals. I am looking for cleats that work with them, specifically SH71. These cleats also work with Shimano 6500 pedals. This model has pontoons to help you walk when wearing road shoes. If you have some laying around that aren't being used I would be interested. Even if you don't have the pontoons I am interested. Here is what they look like:

Mid 80's 55cm TREK PRO SERIES reynolds 531 tubeset, Shimano 105 components, 600 crankset.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/gx67stkdzm...823_n.jpg?dl=0
Wheels & handlebar NOT included.
The not so good.
The stem is stuck in steerer tube, I cut it in half to separate the fork from the frame so I could beat it out & use the fork for my track bike but lost patience after an hour cause I don't have the proper tools to get the job done, the person I picked it up from tried to retouch the red but had the sense to not cover over the og decals, has minor surface rust but none inside the tubes. I rode this bike for years & it rides great.
Looking for:
A decent 1" 38mm rake track fork w/ a minimum of a 7" steerer tube. Straight or curved, Threaded or threadless doesn't matter.

Hey rjhammett
I have the pontoons, but not the cleats. I may actually have a couple sets; I'll take a look. Let me know if interested -- PM or email.
On Edit: Ok, I found three sets of pontoons -- new, never mounted.
Second Edit: Two sets of pontoons available.
Third Edit: One set of pontoons now available.
Stan

ISO a seat post. I happen to have two stamped 26.8mm. One actually measures more like 26.5 or .6 or maybe .7. Both are two small for the Terry I'm building. I have another stamped 26.0 that is clearly too big. So I'm guessing a 26.6 or 26.4 would work. I have a few items to trade. A nice Vx RD, a few similar items.
I could just buy a new one but surely one of you has such a seat post sitting around (no pun intended) looking for a home.

ISO: I'm looking to build up a flat bar road bike for my mother, but craigslist has been lacking lately. I have most everything to put a bike together in my parts bin, just no frame. I'm not looking to spend a great amount of money, but I'd like to get her on something decent so something preferably chromoly. Braze ons for rack are a plus as she will be using this bike for short commutes. ~54cm would be ideal.
HAVE: various wheelsets (just ask), mavic headset (mid 80's?), mavic rear brake caliper, Campy record front/rear dearailers (mid to late 90's?), Campy downtube shifters of the same era, Bontrage RXL shoes brand new size 48
