Sterling Sportlight

Anybody know anything about a Sterling Sportlight road bike? There's one for sale on my local CL for $25 and it would be nice to use it as a winter trainer. I've heard that Sterling was some sort of subsidiary of Univega. I've got a Sterling mtn bike that I picked up for $30 recently. It's really nice, has LX components. I can't tell too much from the photo of the Sportlight on CL since it's kind of small so I don't know what components are on the bike. Thanks for any info.
