Could someone help this newbie identify this Sekai?
 

Hi all,
I just joined bikeforums today. I'm trying to gather some info on the bike attached in these two pictures. I bought it off eBay from a gentleman in Oregon who identified it as a Sekai but couldn't give me model info.
I contacted Yellow Jersey bikes and they believe it was imported by Norco Canada.

I'm going to tear it down this winter, clean it up and have it ready to ride for the spring. If anybody has any info on this bike I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

Very unique! Appears as if it was a very early mountain bike attempt with a lot of BMX influence. Can't help ID it, but hopefully someone will be able to. There can't be many out there that look like that.
