Anyone Heard of Primo Stelvio components?

(Short Story) A local bike flipper broke up with his girlfreind, moved out and left behind a bunch of parts. She listed some on CL so I went over to see what she had. There were a few parts worth salvaging. A pair of brake levers caught my eye, not because I need them, but I've never heard of the name on the lever and they looked to be decent quality, in excellent condition with very nice hoods. They're not aero, so I don't know where I'll use them, but I wanted to see if anyone here has ever heard of the name "PRIMO STELVIO". I ran a BF search and came up empty.
Anyone know anything about this brand? Is this a Campy knock-off or something found on X-Mart quality bikes?
(Moral of story, when you move out, take all your parts with you.)

Bianchi made a Stelvio model back in the mid 80's. I found one in Celeste at a neighbor's yard sale a few years ago in Olympia, WA, but passed because it had rust issues. It looked to be a lower to mid range Bianchi & I would guess the brakes were by Ofmega or Modelo made to Bianchi specs. Here is a link i found: https://www.sheldonbrown.com/bridgest...one6001985.pdf
edit: the specs say the Stelvio came with Modolo Corsa brakes. Don
