Strange little trike

Ok, so the trike is pretty common but the motor drive is different.
Anyone ever see one of them before?

When I first saw it I thought they were some kind of storage bags.
I don't need it but wonder if that is a realistic price. I guess if some one had to have it they would pay it.

$150 seems to be about the going price for used rideable upright adult trikes, sometimes higher, sometimes lower.

I assume the motor arrangement is homemade, can't tell much about it.

I've never seen a drive like that but I can say that those are just about the best trikes you can buy and well worth the asking price IMO. Beats the tar out of my flexing creaking conversion....
Mine looks cooler though.

I see them all the time in AZ. If I had more room here, and wasn't cured, I would be tempted.

Hmm, cured people usually do not talk so much about being cured.

Let me ask you this, does Ebay or CL show up in your browser's history?

Yes, I'm afraid so, but I have been able to avoid the bottom feeders.I check CL in hopes of making a buck flipping. I do have the Bruce Gordon on eBay in the watch list, but I'd have to steal it before I bid on it, and that ain't gonna happen.

I am looking for a De Rosa Primato in EL OS with a flat fork crown and diamente stays in a 54-55cm. A Merckx 753 Gran Prix would also mightily tempt me. Apart from that I'm just watching prices, and deciding what to sell.

The only other thing I'm tempted to buy is a 10 speed carbon Campagnolo grouppo from one of the European retailers. I think it would look nice on the Pink De Rosa!

Give him a break. He's trying to convince himself.
Maybe he should join the C/V A(classic/vintage anonymous for moral support.
Unfortunately no one there has been successful in kicking the habit either.

My name is Jim, and I have a problem.

Trust me, my questions were not meant to be confrontational. Rather, I wanted to know if I should invite him to our weekly meetings.
