    remove logo, not anodizing

I have a sugino XD crank with a black "Sugino" printed on the side, is there a way to remove the logo with out de-anodizing the crank? I've polished everything that wasn't anodized on the bike, but the thought of taking a brand new bicycle part with a good protective finish on it and basically adding maintenance to it is not out of the question but seems a little silly to me.
