vintage wheels

I need some advice on a set of wheels with old parts.

Firstly, what are Rigida HLC2000 rims like. I don't think they are manufactured any longer. Are they the old version of what is now sold as the dp18? does anyone know anything about how these rims hold up.
secondly, I know that sanshin pro am hubs come with quite a reputation. However, i have read that sanshin hubs have a distinct star shape at the flange with five cutouts.(ie the first photo). these ones have six (seond image).

does anyone know the difference, or when perhaps a design change was made? Are they of the same quality?

Thanks for any advice in advance.

IIRC, the change was made in the early 80s. The bottom hub is a track hub and should be of comparable quality. Is there a "BIA" stamp on it? BIA was the predecessor to "NJS."

Ok. The Sanshin/Sunshine track hub I have shows a web pattern more similar to the Campy hub:

Wouldn't the campy hub have the name on it someplace, such as the barrel of the hub?

the barrel of the hub has sunshine written on it. So it is definitely a sunshine/sanshin hub. Not sure that it is a sanshin pro though. That is the rationale for the thread. The previous owner claimed that they were sanshin pro, but given the lack of star at the flange (and the more campag resemblence), welll i wanted to know what the thoughts were.
To clear things up. Neither of the images are from the wheels in question. They are both the results of google images searches. The first one is the classic look of a sanshin hub ( as described by sheldon brown) (https://www.sheldonbrown.com/japan.html). The second image is from NJS outlet, but looks identical to the hub that i am looking at getting. thanks for the responses.
