Apollo Frankenbuild
Scored a nice white "Apollo Delta" frame (a few years ago from dump) which has been ignored and forgotten about in my backyard with "Shimano SIS"which is beyond help, through sheer bordom the other day I decided to build it up with whatever parts I had (plenty of choice) and its become a "Franky" its raining badly ATM so pics will have to follow soon (must appease Easthill,
) now to the chase-I know nothing about "Apollo" bikes,can anyone enlighten me ? plzzz

I know I'm digging up an old thread, but my guess is it is from 1988 (though pictures would help) - they came in two colours that year, a Bianchi-esque green 'jade' and a white 'pearl'. I got given a green one for x-mas by my parents and rode it to school and around the traps for a few months BITD before it was stolen. The model year before was red as a school friend of mine has one - hence the choice of mine the year after.
