no, they are not in velobase.com...

I think they are Superbe but not sure if they are Superbe Pros. Sorry for the fuzzy photo...

They look like a set from around 1986-87 but I think the Superb Pro [the model from that period] was actually stamped with that name. So, maybe "Sprint" levers? There were several different levers which all looked about the same - just like those. Some had an internal micro-ratcheting mechanism and others were very simple friction, but outwardly both looked alike from that angle. They were used for several different derailleurs, too. The central mounting bracket looks like an older model, so maybe the shifters were replacements on a bike which required that particular mount.

Here is the Power-Shifter, the ratchet version [model LD-4850], mounted here on a Campy downtube clamp-on... and the same model on a Shimano bar-end pod. The ratchet mechanism was so concise and discrete the shifters looked the same as the simpler friction shifters - apart from the cover plate seen in the second photo.

I could be way off...but wasn't Superbe Pro only indexed seven speed? So, if it's friction (or micro-indexed) that would mean no "Pro", yes?

They aren't Superbe's, which were more retro looking. The superbe pro, as another poster noted, had "Superbe Pro" on them. Plus, I don't think that Superbe Pro's were ever top mount like these ones.

The top mount started life as a band-mounted Microshift model, which auto trims the front derailleur.
The top mounts morphed into the aero offering. So, it would be part of whatever aero group Suntour was marketing. May be Cyclone II, Sprint, GPX.

Not sure. Lots of different ideas. It came off of a Univega Competitizione which was SuperPro I believe. The side of the shifter says "Power Shift" as is ratcheted (not index). The shift lever is exactly like the bar-end above. I am leaning towrads Superbe Pro...
