Campy RD Identification
Not the greatest picture, but I was wondering if anyone could help me ID this 80's Campy rear derailleur? Thanks!

Looks like one of the mountain bike RDs, Euclid or Olympus. Hard to tell from that angle. Any other photos?

https://www.velobase.com is your friend. 1992 Chorus or around there. Not victory IMO.

I have a hunch that it is one of the MTB units. The font printed on the unit looks a lot like a mountain derailleur I have seen.
The cage and pivot design is slightly different than the road units. Good luck.

That looks like an 8 speed index der (from the shape of the mech and the open jockey cages). Definitely not Record, could be Chorus, Athena, Veloce, Mirage as they were often not labeled with gruppo. The finish of the jockey cages suggests Chorus or Athena to me.

I think it is chorus because the alloy pully cover is not solid. I believe record and chorus has that part cut-out. Check the 1992 catalog on velobase.

It looks exactly the same as my 1992 Chorus, the Athena has a different cage.
