identify these peugots?

Can anyone tell me what model these peugots are? Any information on tubing, components, etc. would be great, or a link to a catalog page. While we're at it, are they french or otherwise abnormally (i.e., swiss) threaded?

I'm not even sure if they're lugged!

Many Thanks.

The front bike has the model name on the top tube (or at least it looks like it). It does not appear to be lugged. Looked very similar to the 1986 Iseran I picked up a couple of weeks ago. As you can see, the Iseran has the name decal forward on the top tube, while yours is towards the seat. But the component level looks very similar. My Iseran has moved on to its new owner. It has a Carbolite 103 frame (decal will be on the seat tube).

Didn't pick it up yet. Owner hasn't responded. I'm hoping he will. It does look similar to the iseran. Good call wrk.

photo seems to show a quality spider crankset, rather than a press fit. aluminum stem w/ budget saddle. definitely similar components.

Stem mounted shifters indicate the entry level models.
Monaco is my guess.
I bet $1 that at least one of those models will be a monaco.
Don't know how much more you'll find without the bikes present. You're getting close to that black hole of the peugeot timeline.

Nice, I thought about it myself but neither are even close to my size and I'm definitely no flipper.

Looks a lot like this 87 P4 Corbier.

Its hard to tell from the pictures but i think they're both P6's. The one in the foreground has decals typical of '87 while the background bike is typical of '88. Both could be '88's and both could be '87's. you'll have to wait until you get your hands on them for better identification.

<---------flipper, though I prefer to think of myself as a "rebuilder"

I do it well. Full overhaul, align dropouts, true or replace wheels, replace cables, chain, etc. I've been thinking of starting a shop, dedicated to vintage bikes and wheelbuilding, since wheels are the thing old bikes need most. Anyway, these would be a great score. Looks like we're about as close as we can get without having the bikes. I'm thinking someone might have made a better offer. We'll see... Thanks guys!
