What can you tell me about this seat tool bag
Ebay #180329472714.This looks like a very nice heavy seat bag which i considered bidding on but it is now over $100,too rich for me.Is this indeed for a bicycle and why is there so much interest in it.How does it attach to the seat?The big rings he shows do not make much sense to me.I assume this is swiss?

I have never heard of the brand, but I'm guessing that it must be a well known leather craftsman. There's a lot of interest in it based on the questions to the seller and the already high bid of over a hundred bucks. It obviously has quite a bit of collector value. The tools are low end crap as far as I can tell.

Well the auction ended at a final price of $102.50. I still wonder if this is actually a seat bag for a bicycle and why there was so much interest in it.Does anyone know?
