    I'd say it's a pre-'74 Gitane Tour de France with the optional Campy Tipo hubs. If so, it's just about the best riding bike I've ever ridden.

    Gitane Tour de France. May have Stronglight crank set or Sugino Mighty. Has "upgraded" optional Tipo hubs. Should have Simplex Criterium derailleur.
