Brooks brown, brooks honey... Hmm.
Every time I think it makes sense... It stops doing so.
I see the difference betweeen brooks brown and brooks honey in their photos, but things really change around when I see pictures posted by users here. So, to finally and definitively settle this, post pictures of your brooks saddles, in honey and in brown! Side by side is cool, or not. Whatever. But lets see YOUR saddles, not the comparative photos from wallbike or brooks, etc.
Thanks in advance, muchachos.

Aha! BF didn't tell me anyone replied!
Pastorbob, thank you for the pictures, I really like that brown color, I'm leaning towards it, but for some reason STUPID BROOKS doesn't offer almost anything in brown unless it's TITANIUM!
I mean, I can't get a brown B17 or Professional, only a swift (I question it with my build) or B17 Narrow (also kind of silly for my build.)
A brown team pro would be sweet, but for the $300 for titanum rails...?
*sigh*

PS, any other photos anyone can offer would be very much apprecieated.
And I've seen some mahogoany ones, dirtdrop. They're nice like the white on your PX10.

Believe it or not, this early '70s Professional is brown, not black. It is very very dark. I believe the owner before me used neatsfoot or a similar type oil to treat it. It is very soft and for now lives in a storage box, as I feel as if I am too heavy for it. I might be persuaded to part with it for a good trade or offer.

Prettyshady, that second one is prettynice... I like the big rivets and holes for lacing.
And the Panto'ed seatpost is attractive too, nice!
Pastorbob, that's not a bad lookin' saddle at all, although it'd probably be too soft for me also! I'm not heavy, per se, but... You know. Neatsfoot.
(Plus, i'm currently losing trade items like the dickens)

My wife's Brown B-72 and my Honey B-17

Mostly Mischief
Consider black. Very common.
I thought the honey color would be so cool, but lately I've become a little less enthused. Not sure why. Maybe a little too gaudy. Black leather on the other hand, especially French, is.. well, pleasing to me lately...
