Funny CL find

New in box? Did somebody think this was going to be a collector's item?

a box that got shuffled around, lost in someones warehouse maybe.
I doubt anybody seriously thought it was going to be a classic one day.
that said, I wish I bought a Colnago in 1970, a Paramount in 1967 and a
Pogliaghi in 1968 and squirreled them away.

These things come up fairly often, read the Classic Rendezvous archives to see
some of the amazing things Baron Corpuz used to find in Europe (and still does).

That's not as much a collector's item as an Ilkeston-made Team bike, but that's quite an iconic livery on a bike with some decent tubing. If it were my size, and I were looking for one, I'd be all over it.
