Replacement brake pads/holders for Campagnolo Athena brakes?

Hey all,

I have a set of single-pivot Athena brakes which did not come with pads or holders. Is there a readily available replacement that will fit, and that is adjustable for toe-in? The flanges are thicker than modern Campy brakes, so the holders I have tried won't fit - the bolt is too short to tighten more than a couple threads.

I don't mind going with an off-brand or even (gasp) Shimano, as long as it will function. Thanks!
