Schwinn racer
Hey everyone!
This is my first post here on the forums, so im not quite sure if this is the right place to post this but here goes.
I have been in the market for a vintage looking fixie for a while and I finally came across a really awesome vintage schwinn racer frame in a small non profit bike shop in town called ReBike. I was talking to the guy about it and he said he would rebuild it for me as a fixie with some decent tires and better hbars for around 90 bucks.
It is similar to the one in this picture

Heres my question, is this a good price for the bike or am I getting ripped off? It seemed like a good idea to me, but i dont wanna be that noob that gets ripped off
