who knew how similar late 80s/early 90s cannondales and fujis were?

so similar that they merit nearly the exact same description and price....

Got a rare le tour ...yellow in color. this bike is a basket case, but all the parts are intact and the bike can be restored. i have researched the value of this bike, put back together and in mint condition! i have seen a bike like it sell on e-bay for 1,000.00. i will take reasonable offers...you may want to be a bike collector or some one who has time to restore and re-build this bike. i think- for the most part that everything can be cleaned up and the bike to be re-painted. it will need new tires for sure...and those are 27". you may need a spocket cover and new tape for handle bars and brake pads. this is a very nice bike. sorry no pic's have in storage unit. However, you can call me or e-mail me: 269-788-0202 or e-mail hh15708@gmail.com

I'm wondering what the poster's research was. hmmmmm it's got 2 wheels, handlebars and a saddle...check.

BigPolishJimmy,

That's the same one I posted. Are you from around here or is that a Google find? Either way it's pretty crazy. I'm half tempted to look at it just because I want to see what type of guy thinks he can get away with that. I also like how excited he is about his research.

OK, so it's not "period correct" but it's a good bike in good condition, and the price may be a bit high, but it's not insane. It's a nice bike! I used to covet the Raleigh International.

I would love a 21" International frame at a reasonable price, with or without any parts. There is a newish frame alone that is up to $810 with 2 days to go on ebay right now.

Is that a polished Girvin fork?

Cool old bike but vintage in mtb years and interesting for us Girvin/Proflex/Noleen freaks.

Really, it would be a long-term project (I have little time for such folly) and used as motivation to ride my beater and lose the flab and get on a real bike. It would be a single speed free wheel with some sort of wierd flat bars, a relaxed messenger bike.
