I've seen a guy swing a leg over the bars end of the bike by standing at the left side while facing forward, and it resembles a high jump kick. Was never brave enough to try it myself.

The head tube angle looks too steep.
And the fork angle isn't steep enough.
Where are you finding all these bikes that use parked cars for brakes?

It is probably worth $200 in parts.... plus a lot of work, assuing the fork is ok.
Offer the guy $50 to $100 and see if he'll bite.
Perhaps I should set up a shop specializing in bicycle front end damage repair. But with the parts, labor, painting, decals, stencils, etc... one would have several hundred invested in the bike easily. And still end up with a repaired, repainted bike.

Clockwise velodrome racer? Sadly, all velodromes are counter clockwise.

I like the aero styling.
I wish there was a bit better view of the right side chain path.

Schwinn collegiate bicycle
Schwinn collegiate 26 in. five-speed bicycle in very good mechanical condition. Paint has scratches and fading. Bike has been tuned and lubed. Tires are new. Chrome parts (i.e. wheels/rims, handle bars, pedal cranks) have some surface rust/blemishes but overall are in fair condition

For $40, it is probably ok as a general rider, especially if it is reasonably tuned up. The angle of the front brake cable at he callipers is odd???

All it needs is a brake cable detangler
Then it can be tacked starboard and port like a sailboat.
Oh, scratch that... no brake cables to wrap up.
Mount a shorter stem on it, and it should tack just fine.
I wonder if it actually has tire overlap, or if that is an optical illusion

Seriously! Also look how far forward the seat is!
I have a friend at work who bought a bike from Costco and rode it for years almost like that; the stem wasn't reversed, but the handlebars were flipped backwards. I rode it to my house once to give him a tune-up and I thought my arms would fall off, the ergonomics were so evil. When I brought it back with the handlebars having their proper slight backwards sweep instead of forward sweep, he was over the moon!

I remember from King of the Hill how Hank's dad was so short because he got his shins shot of in dubya dubya 2. Maybe this guy lost his forearms in 'nam.

Saddle all the way down and the bars all the way up. Do it yourself ape hanger bars.
