I honestly assumed that was some badly molded trademark but I suppose it could be bar tape and plugs all the way down to the subatomic level

It's dirt cheap from eBay or AliExpress. I used to buy these 0.89$ / pack and they work just fine. No adhesive layer but it's not needed tbh. It gets a bit slippery when wet.

At least the price is right. But, beware, I am pretty sure the dork disk is broken.
