Pretty much. I've ridden one. Each crankarm swings through about 90 degrees of arc with each pedal stroke and then returns to the upper position. They're weird.

OMG! I used to have this exact bike when I was a kid...in 1984. I was 6 and it's the bike I learned to ride on!

I saw a CL ad for 1 a few hours away (in Black Diamond) and the guy wanted $75 for the rusty hulk. Too bad I don't live in Wisconsin

i love it. the first pic is an extreme fire hazard shot.. blocked door, toaster oven with a fan next to it pointed toward papers and plastics and highly flammable children's toys. its just a warning if you are coming for the bike you may not get out alive.

Wow: so much win with this bike. As with all of the misguided ghetto fixies conversions for sale on my local Craigslist, it is ridiculously over-geared.

Bonus: the Spinergy death wheel (on the front!) for maximum injury potential. No front brake, because no front brake caliper will reach the rims. Why? Because the wheel is a 650 size....

I'm guessing maybe a Grand Jubilee on the Motobecane. Well worth the $150 asking price.

My guess is the bike is part of an Estate Sale. So... you can probably snag the Toaster + Box of Cups too

Very Special Specializeds

Yes, we finally have captured images of the elusive "Specialized Bikes" with our hidden game cameras. Or, they might be pictures of Sasquatch. You be the judge...
