Repost--last buyer no sale. Selling my rare Raleigh Super Course. During the Bike Boom era, the Super Course was the least expensive Raleigh model to feature aluminum rims. Bike was built at the Nottingham, England factory. The main triangle of the frame is straight-gauge Reynolds 531 tubing. Bike weighs less than 30 lbs. I would estimate it's vintage to be early-mid 1970s. Needs cleaning & polishing. Ride and enjoy! Compare to new Super Course @ $1400-1700. Realistically priced @ $200.00 (cash only)

Actually brings up a memory, in my day they called it a cluster rather than a cassette - I don't see that term used anymore and wonder if it's an age thing or US vs Australian terminology (I'm originally from Australia).

This is a nice blue Peugeot Road Bike. It has a new chain, rear derailleur, and front ball bearings. Because of the new front ball bearings the bike rides really smooth. Besides how smooth it rides it is a really cool looking bike. I am only selling the bike because I don’t really ride much anymore.

Paid $365.00 in 1971. in perfect condition, has original everything, including tires. Has always been stored inside and should be seen to be appreciated.

Philly is an odd market...some stuff gets over valued and some stuff you just can't give away. I had the most brutal time selling a 1954 Raleigh Sports with a dyno hub in great shape. I ended up getting killed on it for $150 (and it was in stellar condition...over hauled). Selling a woman's 1970s Raleigh 3 speed for $125 is easy as heck.

Nice bike. I had a pink Motobecane Le Champion. Loved it. I'm a confident heterosexual, and I have more pink shirts than any other color. My bedroom walls are painted pink, too. I don't find it feminine at all. In the early 20th century, it was though of as a boy's color.
