The frame is rather large... 61cm I believe. Everything else is pretty much stock except for a new seat.
Please email if any questions or if you wanna give her a ride!

Thanks for looking!

Something tells me the seat isn't the only aftermarket part here.

Aside rom the chipped paint whats wrong with the chainstay? The sellers pics are pretty lousy, just showing the idler pulley and not the whole RD? weird.

Seller pulled the ad, I assume because someone reported the multiple issues with his listing. Looks like he sells primarily bike parts; surprised he made a mistake like this one.

There's a huge dent in the chainstay, right where the paint has been chipped off.

That is by design to give the crank arm room to pass by.

+1. I believe most, if not all, C-dales have this "dent". I'd defer to someone more expert, but I didn't see anything odd there that I have not seen before...

Yep, that is correct. One indentation for chainring clearance, the outer one to prevent heelstrike.

Not sure how old but thinking 25 years old or so. No seat. $50.00 or best offer

Not a bad looking Marinoni, the decals are shot and the price of $900 is way too high but, hey, you can ask whatever price you want, right?

This is what I hate though: NOTE: Vento wheels and pedals NOT included with this bike!

$200
Rasta Cannondale Large Frame

This bike is in great shape and served me well as a commuter bike in SLC. Everything is in good working condition. This bike includes a $200 Brooks Brothers saddle!

From the posting
"This bike was purchased in the 70's for 1600$, Still has original tires and wheels. Far less than a 100 miles on this bike Paint is in very good shape for all original bike of its age. Been hanging in garage for over 25 years. I have looked everywhere for a bike like this. This is the only one I have seen with this particular paint job (I've checked all nishiki forums and bike pictures). Must see to apreciate, Everything is in working condition but will need tires aired up maybe needs tubes. "

Aero brake levers, dark anodized rims and index shifting in the '70s? very cool.

Inkandsilver is this near you? I think there might be something nice hiding under that garish rasta nightmare.

I can understand that we certainly need more control over who is purchasing and using spray paint. Maybe a better more indepth background check with a waiting period and national registry of who is buying what colors and how much they are buying.

Wow. It is simply stunning how many peeps out there think that their Nishiki/Miyata/etc is a Colnago. Not to bash the Japanese bikes. I mean, hey. If this were a Fuji Professional Super Record, the asking price wouldn't be out of whack.

that's an 1987 Altron 7000, an early aluminum road bike with a killer 80s paint job. $850 is high but not that insane in my opinion especially if it's in good condition.

I would agree that $700-800 is not out of line for a Nishiki Altron very good condition. It looks like the bike has already been sold since the posting is deleted with no flags.

This really bugs me also when someone posts a pic of nice and and then says in the fine print that all of the stuff pictured is not include. I for one Flagg these adds as being missleading deceiptive under CL guidlines.

Can't quite tell from the pics, but it looks like either 105 or 600 components on there. I'd say $500 would be absolute max, personally, more like $400. If the bike was Dura-Ace, then perhaps $800 would be reasonable. Of course, all of this is my personal opinion, which ain't worth much

Edit: just got out the reading glasses and noticed Sun Tour 9000. That group is the same level as 600 IIRC - i.e. one step below Superbe/DuraAce
